Search Intent & Content Architecture Pack

Bounded research-led search-intent and content-architecture service; localized copy in en-GB.

· Updated 04.10.2026

A website can contain useful products, services and articles and still leave one structural question unresolved: which customer questions deserve content, what role should each page play, and how should those pages connect?

Who it is for

An organisation with an existing website and offering, and one bounded content area needing clearer structure. Typical situations include fragmented guidance, unclear relationships between commercial and informational pages, overlapping page roles, or a missing decision-support layer. It is not an open-ended SEO retainer or website-development project.

What you provide

website/relevant section; products/services and target market; intended customers; relevant languages; current content; priority area; known restrictions/compliance requirements. Optional customer-supplied support questions, Analytics/Search Console summaries, competitor examples or localisation plans. Credentials are not required for the base scope.

What Palvenor researches

customer questions and decision friction; distinct search and decision intents; useful topic/page roles; gaps, overlaps and routing opportunities; evidence boundaries and unresolved unknowns. Proprietary search volume, ranking, traffic or conversion data are not invented.

What you receive

  1. Scope and intake summary.
  2. Research/problem summary.
  3. Customer-question and search-intent map.
  4. Topic/cluster and content architecture.
  5. Priority-page recommendations.
  6. Internal-linking architecture.
  7. 3–5 prioritised content briefs.
  8. Evidence/source notes.
  9. Implementation priorities.
  10. Localisation-readiness note where relevant.

Work begins with what a person needs to understand, compare, verify or decide. Those questions become meaningful intents and page roles, not one generic keyword list. The architecture connects cornerstone pages, supporting explainers, decision guides and appropriate commercial/service destinations. Priority pages identify what to implement first. Internal linking defines logical user routes. Each of the 3–5 briefs defines question, page role, scope, key sections, evidence needs and architectural relationship.

Bounded workflow

INPUT → SCOPE LOCK → RESEARCH → QUESTION/INTENT MAPPING → ARCHITECTURE → PRIORITISATION → 3–5 BRIEFS → QA → HUMAN REVIEW → DELIVERY

Current validation hypotheses are a 5–7 business-day turnaround after complete intake/scope lock and approximately 5–8 human work hours for a clean bounded case. They are not guaranteed service levels.

Palvenor-owned demonstration

PALVENOR-OWNED DEMONSTRATION — NOT A CLIENT CASE STUDY

Palvenor’s own Smart Home editorial work demonstrates the method. A broad topic was separated into decision problems such as internet-outage resilience, Matter interoperability, Multi-Admin and energy reporting, then assigned distinct page roles and relationships. This demonstrates methodology only, not a client result.

No claim is made of improved rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue or ROI.

What the service does not promise

The Pack guarantees no search rankings, organic traffic, conversions, revenue or ROI. Unless separately scoped in a future service, it also excludes website redesign/development, ongoing SEO, backlink acquisition, paid advertising, social media management, bulk writing, legal advice, analytics implementation and commerce/payment setup.
